DELIVERY

 

UK MAINLAND ORDERS

We offer a quick and efficient delivery service which we pride ourselves on.

Once your order has been Processed delivery is within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).This is a Guideline, since most orders are processed daily.

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail's Service or Royal Mail Special delivery if selected at checkout.

You will receive an email when your order has dispatched which will tell you how your order has been dispatched. If you need Tracking information please call us.

Before completing your preferred delivery address, you may prefer to have it delivered to your work address.

If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, a card will be left giving you details of how to collect or how to rearrange delivery of the package.

Please ensure that you select the chosen delivery address prior to entering your card details.

Certain Postcodes in Scotland are exempt from next day deliveries, the Service is 2 Days and will incur an additional Charge - this is based on Postcodes and is calculated on your purchase.

NORTHERN IRELAND AND UK OFFSHORE DELIVERIES.

These are charged at the most economical rate - Royal Mail Tracked for between 1-3 Items and Parcel Force or equivalent for larger Deliveries.

VAT is charged on all deliveries from us to the Channel Islands.

EUROPEAN ORDERS:

Delivery charges vary for all European orders. This depends on Country. We use Royal Mail for our European Deliveries and delivery times vary.

We can email you your tracking code when your order has been dispatched if requested.

Please be aware that the customs authorities in your country may charge you Import Duty and/or other additional related charges including VAT. As the buyer and the importer, you are responsible for paying any such costs.

These costs are outside our control, and vary from country to country. Please contact your customs office if you require further information.

International orders can only be dispatched to the cardholder's address.

We may require additional security checks on International orders. This may require us speaking to you in person and asking you security questions. We may ask for proof of your address before dispatching the order.

BFPO

We ship to BFPO addresses using Royal Mail.

All BFPO addresses must be registered as UK, rather than the country where you are posted. Royal Mail will then deliver the parcel to the British Forces Post Office in London.

It then becomes the responsibility of the British Forces to deliver your parcel to the correct location. 

 

RETURNS

We offer a no quibble money-back guarantee. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Bras: Customers can try on bras and return them if they do not fit.

 

Hosiery: For hygiene reasons customers cannot try on hosiery. We will refund you if you return your hosiery item(s) unopened and in the original condition within 14 days of receipt. All goods will be inspected on return. 
If hosiery items have been worn we cannot accept your return unless the items are faulty.

 

All items must be refunded within 30 days.

 

Returned items must be unworn (bras can be tried on only), unwashed and with all labels, tags and original packaging intact.

We can only process your return if we can match up your returned item with your original order. For that reason, it is vital you include your details with the return..

Please note that we can only accept returns that follow our return process.

 

We reserve the right to refuse refund and/or exchange items which appear worn. Thank you for understanding.
