Orders will be despatched as soon as your transaction has cleared. All orders received by 1pm (Monday to Friday) will be posted the same day.
Orders received after 1pm will be posted next working day, Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be posted on the following Monday (unless this is a Bank Holiday). Unless confirmed at check out all Mainland UK orders can be posted FREE of charge Royal Mail 48hr delivery.
For your peace of mind, we have a no quibble return policy on all items. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please return it in its original packaging with manufacturer labels and hygiene strips intact where appropriate.
Refunds will be made using the same method of payment that you paid for your goods with. Unwanted goods must be returned in a resalable condition and unworn. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
